Bread kvass
It tastes of dark rye, a little sour, a little sweet. People who say it tastes of bread are right.

Fermented sodas
Two that we make all year and two that only exist while the trees and bushes allow. Each case is a single flavour unless you ask for the mix. Like the kvass, they are lower in sugar than the lemonade in your fridge, because the yeast has eaten most of it.
-
Year-round
Rhubarb & cardamom
Sharp at the front and warm behind it. Green cardamom keeps the rhubarb from turning simply sour.
-
Year-round
Blackcurrant leaf
Not the berry. The leaf, which tastes of the bush in July: green, resinous and very dry.
-
Seasonal
Birch sap
Sap from the first weeks of spring, fermented while it is fresh. Barely sweet and faintly woody, and only here while the trees are running.
-
Seasonal
Sea buckthorn & honey
Orange, tart and rounded with a little honey. The autumn soda, for the weeks when nobody wants lemonade any more.
Mixed case Twenty-four bottles across the sodas we have on: €46. Tell us the split when you order.
Seasonal cases need five working days' notice.
